Position the collection title
Collection titles can sit above the entire page or directly above the product grid. Merchants can add collection description, count and supporting content without hard-coded copy.
- Use the compact header for large catalogues.
- Use the editorial header when collection identity is part of the campaign.
- Connect compatible fields to collection metafields or metaobjects.
02 / Filters
Configure Shopify Search & Discovery
Sartelle renders Shopify’s native storefront filters. Create and enable them in Search & Discovery first, then choose popup, overlay drawer or push sidebar in the Collection section.
- Popup
- Keeps the product grid full width until filters open.
- Drawer
- Slides filters from the side above the grid.
- Push sidebar
- Reduces the product grid width while filters remain visible.
- Filter value search
- Enable search on named filters such as Vendor, Brand or Designer.
03 / Grid
Control density and product information
Set desktop and mobile columns, zero-to-wide gaps, the colour visible between cards, media ratio and visible card options. Colour or size values can appear below every card on either breakpoint.
- Split places title and price side by side; Stacked and centred layouts use collision-free automatic rows.
- Avoid too many columns when titles or prices wrap excessively.
- First-media product videos can autoplay muted when enabled.
- Badges and wishlist remain visually separate from the product title.
04 / Storytelling
Insert text, images or video into the grid
Collection blocks can add subcollections, promotions and dynamic text/image/video tiles between products. Use these sparingly so pagination and filter results remain understandable.
